Hello Colbert County citizens, my name is Kevin Jimmar, my father is Emmitt Jimmar, former Colbert County Commissioner of District #4. Bailey is very qualified to Serve the citizens of Colbert County and serve as your representative in District #4. Tori C. Bailey is honest, hardworking, and has the endurance to stay the course and see to the business of Colbert County being done. Tori C.
